SECURITY
DocuVault
maintains fire protected facilities with state of the art security systems
monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We use security cameras,
card access, biometric (thumbprint) readers, and identification
badges. DocuVault is fully insured, and its employees pass background
checks, drug screening, are bonded, and sign confidentiality agreements.
VAULT
We
use four hour fire vaults made of DuraSteel. Created by the British
military to contain munitions, this vault is fire protected with an FM-200
fire system (successor to Halon), and is climate and humidity controlled.
VEHICLES
Our
Data Security vehicles are climate controlled, GPS tracked, and are
unmarked. Many of them are all-wheel-drive for inclement
weather. Our GPS system tracks location, open doors, and temperature
of the vehicle.
TECHNOLOGY
DocuVault
uses the latest vault and customer-side technology. Our
"IP" based system provides maximum functionality in managing your
library with the highest security levels. Direct import, perpetual
history, and set retention management are just a few of the system's
capabilities. It will work natively with existing systems - such as
TMS, VERITAS, LEGATO and ARCserve - while providing added functionality.
